Just looking for information on this topic. Haven't really found much other than "Use what's built in", but what's there is very limited imo.
Is it viable to find one for Sketch and import it that way?

You should be OK to import a Sketch UI kit : ) We have quite a nice Sketch integration so hopefully, all elements would come in just fine. Based on the elements important, you can build your own UI library.
