That doesn’t sound right! Can we start with troubleshooting to remove the broken cache from the app’s database?
1. Open chrome console with CTRL + ALT + i.
2. Open the Application tab.
3. On the right sidebar, delete the uxpin-page database under IndexedDB.

4. After deleting it, please relaunch the browser/desktop app and see if the issue persists.
