What is the appetite at UXPin for a theme swapper? A quick way to swap a design library theme (ex. Light to dark mode). Having multiple libraries is great, though costly to rebuild two UIs for the sake of a theme change.
Where am I?

Hello Aaron!
I think you're referring to the theme swapper/switcher that we've written about in one of the recent articles on our blog, right?
We've heard from a few agencies (and honestly, theme switcher's idea comes from one of them) that having the ability to adapt designs to branding colors of different customers would be something great to have. If an agency is building products based on the same Design System and uses different color schemes for different companies – then Merge seems to be quite an interesting choice. :)
Hi Chris,
Interestingly enough no, I had seen that post from you afterward.
This comes from ability we have in figma to produce a POV and test out themes of designs ahead of building in dev.
Unfortunately I seldom get the opportunity to work with a consistent dev team, and most do not have UXPin, so having a library built in UXPin being required is a blocker.
Designers would be testing out these themes as well, not developers.
We wouldn’t have devs build a dark theme ahead of validating the design system. It feels an oddly limiting thing to have this only available in merge if I am being truthful.
Aaron, thank you for the additional context. At the moment we don't have anything like that on our radar, but we'll make sure to record this as a feature request. CC @Anna Kiedrowska
