Having an issue with UXPin insistently forcing me to Reload a Page because I lose connection to the server. I am the only one on my Team, It is making it impossible to be productive and reverting the simplest changes. Where is there an option to turn this off?

Hey Kurt, we had some technical issues on Friday – it is all OK now, please let us know if you're still experiencing the issue!
Hi @Chris Stryjewski I am having this exact problem today. Any change gets reverted and leaves behind a "conflicted ___" page.
I get this problem a lot too - almost daily (since before the outages the other day), never used to do this.
I am experiencing this issue also, in two separate accounts.
It started Friday 10 September.
Hey Wes, you mentioned in the in-app chat that it resolved itself. Please let us know in case you experience this again.
Hi, I'm just having the same issue with a project that I was editing since yesterday. Weird enough is that a copy of the same project done when this issue started works perfectly fine. This is the first time it happens. Is there a way to solve it?
Also experiencing the same issue. It's very strange as it won't even allow me to check what might have been lost.
I'm experiencing this issue and it makes the app completely unusable....what action do I need to take to resolve it?
Hi Heather,
I'm sorry this is what you are experiencing ,
Would you please follow the steps below for additional troubleshooting and remove the broken cache from the app’s database?:
1. Open chrome console with CTRL + ALT + i.
2. Open the Application tab.
3. On the right sidebar delete the uxpin-page database under IndexedDB.

4. After deleting it, please relaunch the browser/desktop app and see if the issue persists.
Same issue. Not sure if it's solved by deleting the uxpin-page database under IndexedDB, like explained in this thread, but it seems to have fixed the slowness issues I have been having. A bonus, perhaps??
It was short lived. It's now slow again.
Hi Eric,
I’m sorry you’re experiencing performance issues. Could you check if opening your prototype in Chrome after clearing browser cache helps, if not could you please send the preview link to the prototype you're working on at hello@uxpin.com and we will look into it.
I experienced this issue suddenly yesterday and again today while editing in Chrome browser. I followed the steps outlined by @Zandisiwe in Heather's post and it resolved the issue.
I experienced this, twice or thrice in 2 days, since yesterday.
