I'm trying to change the state of a button from "Disabled" to "Default" which is dependant on the state of three other elements being active. Is it possible to do this?

Yes, you can definitely do that. With the help of "Active State" conditional interaction, you can do that. Alternatively, you can use variables as well. Here's the recording,
