For designing visuals, how do you work with elements on the same coordinates across pages?

1. Copy and Paste elements which paste at exact same coordinates.
2. Working with the grid.

Got some ideas?

P.S: This is my suggestion. Using their current "Overview" option as a switch to "Whiteboard View".
