Why are 99% of recruiters not familiar with the UXPin tool? All these 99% of recruiters are very well familiar with Figma, Sketch, and InVision. But as a UX/UI designer, I see a lot of Pros in UXPin than the other prototyping tools. I believe I'm not the only guy who is seeing this pattern in the market.

I've seen a lot of recruiters just add the tools that are trending to the job postings. At the end of the day I feel like it is more about what you know rather than the tool itself.
