The current state of the world prevents us from doing in-person usability tests. Right now, we use the screen sharing feature of Teams to let us communicate with our participants, but we experience problems with them having to overcome a lot of (technical) hurdles. To make this process smoother, we want to investigatie other, more specialised tools. Are any of you using (remote) usability testing tools together with UXPin? What works well for you? What are still problems? Can you do non-moderated testing with those tools as well?

For security reasons, we put passwords on every file we share internally and externally. I noticed that after opening the link, you always need to click on the field or use the TAB button to start typing. I think it would be very convenient if this field would be focused automatically when opening the page.
