While Hovering is triggered when the mouse cursor is within the "up" state element.
Click is triggered by pressing on the "up" state element.

Both interactions requires mouse within the element so may cause the hover to show again.

If you on a MAC, there are third party apps like ColorSnapper232 can use as eyedropper in UXPin.  Of course UXPin should have its own eyedropper tool.

I guess with help of vertical guideline, using the mouse to move along the Y-axis should do it.

Hello @Dawid Lewandowski101 , the feature is very good for preview exported html for various screen size. You can manual resize and the different visuals will show for mobile, tablet and desktop.
