I found this: https://www.uxpin.com/docs/how-to/timer/#create-a-counting-interaction but setting the delay to 1000ms doesn't seem to work-it updates about 5 times a second.

I don't think there is one-I had to fake it in a recent prototype.

Even better would be to somehow use the icon font(s) dynamically directly from Google here: https://fonts.google.com/icons?query=material
