I need a way to expire ("turn off") old links I've sent out that contain outdated design. Is there a workaround or any plan for this type of feature?

Currently, we do not have a feature to disable links; this would be a helpful feature indeed! I recommend setting passwords for those prototypes, so that it’ll be accessible only to you.
I've run into this issue before. Sometimes I'll put a big banner on the old page saying "this link is out of date, here's a new link".
For little things, I'll label with versioning or a date, so I can say "we approved V6, so make sure the prototype you're looking at says V6".
